AquaDaily is an offline water intake tracking app provided by FLANDERS PROPERTIES LIMITED, United Kingdom (UK). This Privacy Policy explains how AquaDaily handles information when you use the app.
2. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
AquaDaily lets you record water intake amounts and the date and time of each entry, set a daily water intake goal, and view your hydration history and progress. These details are saved locally on your device using Android app storage (SharedPreferences). No account or registration is required.
3. DATA COLLECTION AND SHARING
AquaDaily does not require an internet connection to work. The app does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs, and it does not automatically send your water intake records to our servers or third parties. The app does not use a remote database to store your records.
4. BACKUP AND RESTORE
You can choose to export a JSON backup of your water intake records and settings using the Android file picker. You control where the file is saved. If you choose a cloud storage provider, that provider may handle the file according to its own privacy policy. Restoring a backup replaces the water records and daily goal currently stored in the app. Please protect any backup file you create.
5. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Your records remain in local app storage until you edit or delete them, clear your history, or uninstall the app. Uninstalling the app normally removes its private app storage. Backup files exported outside the app are not automatically deleted when you uninstall it; you must remove those files yourself.
6. CONTACT SUPPORT
If you choose Contact Support, AquaDaily opens an email application on your device. Sending an email is optional. Any personal information you include in that email is shared with your chosen email provider and FLANDERS PROPERTIES LIMITED to allow us to respond to your request. AquaDaily does not automatically attach your hydration records to support emails.
7. DATA SECURITY
AquaDaily relies on Android's private app storage for locally stored data. You are responsible for securing your device and any backup files you export. No storage method can guarantee absolute security.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
AquaDaily is not specifically designed for children. It does not require users to create an account or provide identifying personal information to use its water-tracking features.

AquaDaily is a general wellness and personal tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Set a water intake goal appropriate for your circumstances and consult a qualified healthcare professional when needed.
